Orders, Shipping & Return Policy

Orders:

All products are made by hand and are unique, please allow some imperfections and slight variances from photos. Minor imperfections makes them special and this does not affect their functionality. Please ensure you are comfortable with the potential differences before making your purchase.

Most products are food safe and microwave safe unless otherwise specify. Please avoid having your ceramics placed in extreme hot or cold environments to prevent chipping and cracking. Products are also dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing to help maintain their longevity.

 

Shipping Policy: 

After receiving your order of purchase, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your items to be carefully prepared and packaged for shipping. Tracking will be provided for all packages shipped.

We currently only offer shipping within Canada. Shipping costs will vary depending on delivery location - fees will be displayed at checkout. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy:
